Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Orvoro Social, operated by [legal entity name]. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

What the service does

Orvoro Social lets you write a post once and publish it — immediately or on a schedule — to social accounts you have connected. We act on your instructions only. We do not create, edit, or promote content on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at [security contact email] if you believe it has been compromised. There is no password reset: the service sends no email, so recovery requires signing in with your current password and changing it. If you lose your password you lose access to the account.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store it and transmit it to the platforms you select. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish — including images, music and anything featuring other people.

Platform rules come first

Publishing through us does not exempt you from the rules of the platform you publish to. You must follow them, and they can suspend your account there regardless of anything we do. In particular:

Do not post identical content across multiple accounts on the same platform. X in particular treats this as platform manipulation and suspends accounts for it. The service lets you select several accounts on one platform because there are legitimate reasons to; using it to duplicate a post across them is your risk to take.
Disclose commercial content where the platform requires it. TikTok posts include a disclosure control for exactly this.
Do not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, or anything unlawful.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Scheduled posts depend on the platforms' APIs being available and on your authorization remaining valid; a post can fail for reasons outside our control, and we report the failure rather than retrying indefinitely. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which erases your data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or a platform's rules.

Liability
